Rachael Butts


Rachael, a high school athlete, first found yoga to relieve pain from volleyball injuries. Rachael has been attending yoga classes weekly since she first experienced yoga in in 2008 while living in Atlanta. Rachael practiced Traditional Hot yoga for several years until discovering Vinyasa in 2012. Feeling the physical and mental benefits of her practice led her to complete her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Fall of 2013. Rachael has completed trainings in Vinyasa, Hot Power Fusion, Yoga with Weights and is currently completing her 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training with Colorado School of Yoga in 2018. Looking forward to seeing you at the studio and on the mat soon!

Adrienne Hoxmeier


A Fort Collins native, Adrienne is a health enthusiast and formally trained dancer. Though she received her degree in Apparel Design and Production from Colorado State University, Adrienne has always had a strong interest in health and wellness. First introduced to yoga in 2007, she began her practice in Bikram style classes which she continued for several years while experimenting in other formats, before finding Power Vinyasa Yoga. By this time, she had found a deep connection with her practice which led her to pursue her 200-Hour Power Yoga Certification in 2013. The bond between the physical and spiritual aspects of her practice grew, and she continued her education by receiving certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Power Yoga Level 2, and Hot Power Fusion formats. With over 10 years of management, retail, and customer service experience combined with her love and passion for yoga, it was a natural next step to open a boutique yoga studio in her hometown. She looks forward to being a part of the local business community and can’t wait to meet you soon!
