WE LOVE BEGINNERS
Meraki Yoga has created a unique introductory level class that will help you find your way as you begin your yoga practice: Vinyasa Flow 101. This 60-minute, non-heated class is geared towards the true beginner, welcoming you to explore the basics of Vinyasa yoga and the connection between your body and breath. Learn proper hand and foot placement and how to safely move in and out of foundational poses. If it's your first time on your mat, this is the perfect place to begin!
