Rachael, a high school athlete, first found yoga to relieve pain from volleyball injuries. She found that by connecting breath, movement and stretching she was able to relieve the pains of plantars fasciitis. Rachael has been attending heated yoga classes weekly since her first experience at a hot yoga studio in Atlanta, GA in 2008. Rachael practiced Hot style yoga for several years until moving into a Bikram practice in 2010. There she explored a deeper discipline and physical challenge. Her love for her yoga practice led her to complete her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification in the Fall of 2013. Rachael has completed trainings in Hot Yoga, Vinyasa & Yoga with Weights and has taught over 500 hours. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance and plans to continues her education to achieve her E-RYT 500 hours. She looks forward to melding her love of yoga and background in fashion apparel and wholesale sales to serve the Fort Collins community.
A Fort Collins native, Adrienne is a health enthusiast and formally trained dancer. Though she received her degree in Apparel Design and Production from Colorado State University, Adrienne has always had a strong interest in the health and wellness industry. First introduced to yoga in 2007, she began her practice in Bikram style classes which she continued for several years while experimenting in other formats, before finding Power Vinyasa Yoga. By this time, she had found a deep connection with her practice which led her to pursue her 200-Hour Power Yoga Certification in 2013. The bond between the physical and spiritual aspects of her practice grew, and she continued her education by receiving certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Power Yoga Level 2, and Hot Power Fusion formats. With over 10 years of management, retail, and customer service experience combined with her love and passion for yoga, it was a natural next step to open a boutique yoga studio in her hometown. She looks forward to being a part of the local business community and can’t wait to meet you soon!
