Saturday, April 16 - Sunday June 19, 2022

This unique and engaging hybrid Yoga Teacher Training creates an opportunity for multi-generational learning and co-creation. Foundational and Advanced students will share in learning fundamental and essential content, skills-development and application. Advanced students will participate in next-level content, refine and further develop skills and voice, and establish a unique perspective through practicum, implementation and feedback.
This 10-week, in-person and online program is an empowering and dynamic approach to the art and skill of learning, living and teaching Integrated Vinyasa™ Yoga. This is a yoga practice rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary patterns and emphasizes the subtle inner work we access via our physical bodies and movement. It unifies the polarities of alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, engagement and relaxation, outer and inner, focus and release, structure and spontaneity, and work and play. More than simply a style of yoga, Integrated Vinyasa illuminates our relationship with Nature, our interconnectedness and an energetically sustainable approach to living fully.

Not ready for Teacher Training but still interested in continuing your education?
Join us for breakout sessions and specialty workshops during our training that include:
Yoga Anatomy for Teachers
- Dates: April 30 - May 1, 2022
Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm - One of the areas many yogis and yoga teachers feel under-educated or under-resourced is human anatomy and physiology in spite of the fact that yoga classes tend to be primarily focused on our bodies as a tool for transformation. As such, as students we may feel in the dark about what's best for us and as teachers, we may find ourselves cuing alignment, movements and modifications that may not be rooted in functional anatomy and our capacity to serve our students remains limited.
- In this 16-hour continuing education course suitable for both yoga teachers AND yoga practitioners, Gina makes anatomy and physiology accessible and digestible so that you can feel more empowered and resourced in your own practice as well as in the space you hold for your students.
- Unlike a university-style anatomy course, this content is curated for the yoga teacher/practitioner and highlights essential anatomy knowledge presented in the context of yoga practice. We won't be simply memorizing muscle names but rather understanding how our bodies move, respond and transform in asana.
- For teachers, this course will impact and elevate the way you are teaching alignment, cuing and offering hands-on-assists.
- This course includes a full-color manual and workbook and counts as 16 hours of Continuing Education Units through Yoga Alliance. You will receive a certificate of completion after the course.
Language Lab
- Dates: May 15, 2022
Time: 8:00am - 5:30pm - Languaging is the cognitive process of negotiating and producing meaningful, comprehensible output to support a learning experience. How we speak in our classes can have a tremendous impact on our students' experience including their ability to comprehend and digest what we’re teaching as well as their own feeling state.
- Words have great power and in this course you’ll learn compelling ways to use them that will distinguish and improve your teaching. While sharpening your skills on how to speak simply and directly you’ll also learn how your language can support the energy of a pose, and when and how to hold quiet space effectively.
- Topics we’ll cover include:
• Authenticity
• Clarity
• Diversity/Fluctuation
• Sensitivity
• Passive vs Active Langauge
• Bhava Language and Cuing
• Anatomical vs Positional
• Contraindications
• Quiet Space
Art of Assists
- Dates: May 22, 2022
Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm - Adjustments and assists can be a powerful tool in helping illuminate (not manipulate) a student’s understanding of their body, ultimately supporting their overall awareness and embodiment.
- In this course you will learn the principles of physical, verbal, and directional assists and adjustments. You will develop your observational and communication skills as well as build your knowledge of body mechanics and movement in an effort to better support your students in their practice.
- Topics we’ll cover include:
• Principles of hands on assists and adjustments
• Types of Assists and Adjustments
• Guidelines for delivering effective assists and adjustments
• Intentions for assists and adjustments
• Steps of Hands on Assists
• Illuminate don’t manipulate
• Tending to your body and tending to your presence
• Contraindications
• Common areas of complaint or injury
