Why headphones?
When everyone wears headphones, there’s this immediate sense of togetherness because there is something unique and magical in common. All guests will be provided with Sound Off headphones that eliminate all external noise allowing you to be seamlessly guided through your yoga practice. The emphasis is on both the music and the movement expressing both as vehicles into a deeper experience. Come join us for this one of kind evening of yoga and community!
